Immigration evaluations may take up to two appointments. Please understand that turnaround times may vary and could take up to 2 weeks. You may need to provide your own interpreter for assessments and clinical interviews.
Bariatric Surgery Candidates Assessment: A full diagnostic assessment as outlined by the ASMBS. This assessment is designed to evaluate your emotional and psycho-social readiness for bariatric surgery. The process will help you identify personal characteristics that support your weight-loss journey, as well as factors that might inhibit you from reaching your goal.
Autism Assessment: Early intervention is key to receiving the right services and medication that will support your child. The first step is to participate in two clinical assessments and complete parent/teacher questionnaires. These assessments may take place over two appointments and conclude with the results at a 3rd appointment.
